We are currently looking for to fill multiple pediatric and adults cases including : Mornings, Overnights, and Weekends. What You’ll Do :
Patient Care : Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans.
Administer Medications : Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor Health : Track and document patient progress, reporting changes to the care team.
Educate & Support : Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, providing emotional support.
What we are looking for :
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) : Active LVN license in California.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, home health experience is a plus.
Compassionate & Reliable : A caring attitude with a commitment to providing the best care possible.
Strong Communicator : Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Flexible : Willingness to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
