About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to our medically fragile patients in their homes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile patients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
Requirements:
- Certified Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience working with medically fragile patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
