Responsibilities
- Provide quality, skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes
- Care for medically fragile patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrointestinal tubes
- Work collaboratively with patients' families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care provided
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Tennessee
- Experience providing private duty nursing care or similar home health services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families
