Job Responsibilities
We seek an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in adult gerontology, telemetry, and ventilator management to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and prioritize patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients with complex medical needs, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our team, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN/RN in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
