Direct Support Professional
Full Time or Part Time

To work one on one with an individual with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. At Maxim we specialize in providing person centered plan implementation. It is our goal to empower our consumers to make their own decisions and live life as independently as they can.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Assists in the implementation of written goals from the treatment plan
· Instructs and reinforces target goal outcomes according to consumer
· Accurately document consumer responses and results to staff
· Maintains appropriate professional conduct
· Assists in the development of consumer treatment plan and goals
· Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Active driver’s license in the event transportation is taking place (as applicable)
· Strong communication skills
· Computer proficiency required
· Must be at least 18 years of age

The Habilitation Technician is responsible for providing one-on-one services to consumers and assisting in the implementation of consumer goals as outlined within the client’s support plan.
