Salary: $35 - $40 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare in Adams County is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with patient(s) in their home. Day Shift Available Full - Time 8am-4pm Flexible Times

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment
- Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
