Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9a-3p. 3 year old G-tube Patient.(New Admission)

Monday- Friday 8a-4p or 9a-5p. 1 year old G-tube Patient. Very low Acuity(New Admission)
Case(6)-Madisonville
Monday-Friday. 5p-10p. Pediatric/G-tube Patient
Case(7)- Madisonville
Tuesday-Friday 11p-7a. Pediatric/ G-tube Patient.

Wednesday-Friday. 6a-4p. Pediatric/G-tube Patient(School Case)
Case(9)-East Knoxville
Monday-Friday 6a-4p. Pediatric/G-tube(School Case)
Case(10)- East Knoxville
Monday-Friday 9a-5p. Pediatric/G-tube(Prefer Spanish Speaking Nurse)
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
