What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN / LPN - Homecare Falmouth, ME position at Maxim Healthcare Services?

This is Nate with Maxim Healthcare Services! We have a patient over in Falmouth, ME that we are looking to identify staff for, we are looking to hire a RN and or LPN for nursing services for Block Time Nursing (PDN). The patient has a lower acuity diagnosis than others but they have Autism and a G-tube!
The family is looking for a nurse that can do the split shift times for the patients school hours, but they are looking for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for the split shift times being 6:30a-8:30a and 2:30p-8p.
The family has been alright with the just getting nursing for the after school hours of 2:30p-8p! This is a great case to get started on and is super nice area where you will work! Family is great, house is superb and the patient is absolutely adorable!
