This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives on providing individualized care and building meaningful relationships with their patients.In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in the comfort of the patient's home. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled and experienced but also empathetic and patient focused.We have a one year old, male patient in Concord, NH that requires a skilled nurse. The family has full overnight needs available, 7 days a week, 8pm-8am. The home is lovely and the family is very supportive and accommodating to their sick child's needs.
