Job Overview: Maxim Healthcare Services is a leading provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support. We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
- Initiate interventions in response to changes in patient condition and report such changes to appropriate physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- CURRENT REGISTERED NURSE (RN) LICENSE FOR THE STATE IN WHICH THE NURSE PRACTICES.
- CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE (PER FACILITY REGISTERED NURSE (RN) CONTRACT OR STATE REGULATION).
- CURRENT PPD OR CHEST X-RAY.
- CURRENT BLS CARD.
- ONE YEAR PRIOR REGISTERED NURSE (RN) EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
