Nurse Needed for Pediatric Care
We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes. As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patient goals and outcomes.
About the Job:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitor and document effectiveness of intervention
- Review plan of care and program protocols and identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs
Requirements:
- CURRENT Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices
- CURRENT PPD or Chest X-Ray
- CURRENT BLS card
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
