Schedule : Monday - FridayShift Hours : 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMPay : $28 per hourHands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to applyMaxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a pediatric patient. Patient is dependent on G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator.Responsibilities :
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.$500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a week.
