Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements:
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
