Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) with 0-4 years of experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery and mobility. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• 0-4 years of experience in physical therapy (new graduates welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings.
• Knowledge of treatment for orthopedic, neurological, or sports-related conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
