The ideal candidate will work closely with senior / director to bring our brand vision to life, creating compelling graphics and designs that resonate with our target audience.
Your responsibilities :
Concept Development : Create and execute innovative design concepts for both men's and womens collections, ensuring designs align with brand identity and market trends.
Graphic Quality Control : Oversee and ensure the quality control of all graphic designs, including reviewing art files for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards. Collaborate with production teams to ensure that designs are translated accurately onto physical products.
Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality results.
Creative Collaboration with Senior Designers : Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative strategy meetings, providing creative solutions and insights to push the design envelope.
Design Process Ownership : Lead or support the design process from concept through to final product collaborating with international teams to ensure consistency and quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across product development, marketing, and licensing to ensure designs meet commercial objectives and uphold brand integrity.
Time Management : Effectively manage tight deadlines while balancing the demands of licensors and SKUs.
Flexibility : Occasionally travel for business needs and industry events.
Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience as a graphic designer in the apparel or fashion industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and print techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with international teams.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring designs meet brand standards and maintain high quality.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
