About the Job
As an experienced Amazon Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our digital sales operations. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels in Amazon's systems, monitoring and managing key performance metrics, and coordinating replenishment strategies to ensure compliance with Amazon's requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels, minimizing costs, and ensuring product availability in Amazon's systems.
- Performance Metrics Management: Monitor and manage key performance metrics, including IPI, OTIF, and sell-through rates, to ensure alignment with Amazon's requirements.
- Replenishment Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement replenishment strategies that meet Amazon's requirements and ensure timely product availability.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Partner with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues that may impact Amazon fulfillment operations.
