Key Responsibilities
- Own all general accounting functions, including monthly financial closing process and control of AP, AR, Collections, and payroll.
- Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures with controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance accuracy.
- Prepare and file Annual Corporate tax filings, Shareholder tax filings, sales tax filings, and international subsidiary tax-filings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
