Job Description
This full-time or part-time position involves providing individual services to children in clients' homes or daycares. Our team utilizes proprietary software and AI for therapist-client matching, allowing for autonomy in client selection and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to children in their homes or daycare settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children with developmental delays
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
- Current certifications in CPR and TB testing
- State licensure/certification from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (COTA/OTA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
