As Vice President of Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Sharetec’s infrastructure and security strategy. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that builds and manages scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions to support our company’s growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud and data center hosting environments, security best practices, and operational excellence. You will oversee the development and execution of an infrastructure roadmap, ensuring high system availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with security frameworks. Your leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure Sharetec’s infrastructure and security posture remains resilient, innovative, and customer-focused.

- Experience working for a hosting service provider or software services company is preferred.

- Experience operating in a highly regulated industry, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
