Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed according to project specifications.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for ongoing projects.

Skills
