Our client, an exciting international investment firm, is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Talent Management to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement talent management strategies that align with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and engaging work culture. You’ll oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning, ensuring that their workforce is equipped for future growth.
The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of experience in talent management, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic environment. With three to four direct reports, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives and promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.
- Approximately 60% of the role is focused on talent and learning including high potential programs, design of training and development programs, succession planning, 9-box, career pathing, engagement strategy, change management, staying on top of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement to drive organizational performance.
- About 40% of the role is focused on strategic recruitment efforts from identifying hiring needs through development of job descriptions and directing recruitment teams to attract and select top talent.
