Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, update records and dispatch emergency services when needed. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to emergency responders. .
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on service.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
