Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber, detail-oriented leader to oversee our company's financial records and accounting personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
· Oversee all cost tables related to company products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Prepare and analyze monthly financial records and reports.
· Manage insurance premium submissions, including discrepancy reporting and reconciliation.
· Conduct monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data.
· Review and report reinsurance activity across various reinsurance accounts.
· Oversee the preparation and submission of claim, commission and cancellation reports and payments.
· Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions.
· Coordinate and execute month-end closeout processes.
· Develop and present monthly financial reports to the President.
· Prepare and monitor comprehensive company budgets.
· Perform Human Resources functions and objectives as required.
· Maintain robust accounting controls to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
· Review and oversee accounting functions for related companies.
· Execute additional accounting duties as needed to support the company's financial health.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Background in working with automotive dealers.
· CPA certification or equivalent advanced accounting qualifications.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
· A minimum of 5 years of accounting management experience, with a solid employment record and demonstrated strong tenure.
