Position Summary :
This role will report directly to the VP of Sales, Aviation, and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes by managing data entry and maintaining our HubSpot CRM. The Junior Sales Admin will work closely with the VP and other department leaders to ensure all essential information is accurately inputted into HubSpot and effectively communicated to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
1. CRM Management and Data Entry
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, including leads, opportunities, customer information, and sales activities.
o Regularly update and clean the CRM database to ensure data integrity and reliability.
o Identify and resolve any discrepancies or incomplete data within the system.
2. Collaboration with Department Leaders
o Work closely with the VP of Sales, Aviation, and other department leaders to gather necessary information for CRM updates.
o Ensure all sales-related data is accurately documented in HubSpot and shared with the team for seamless operations.
3. Direct Support to the VP of Sales, Aviation
o Provide administrative and operational support to the VP, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and assisting with key projects.
o Act as a trusted resource for the VP to ensure sales goals and initiatives are supported with accurate and timely data.
4. Sales Support
o Generate and share reports from HubSpot to track performance, trends, and key sales metrics.
o Provide a Weekly Pipeline Report reflecting probability, timeline, etc.
o Communicate updates and insights to the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is accessible and actionable.
o Assist in preparing materials for sales meetings and presentations.
5. Process Improvement
o Suggest improvements to data entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
o Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the use of HubSpot and support the implementation of new features or tools.
6. General Administrative Duties
o Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
o Handle additional tasks related to sales operations as assigned by the VP of Sales, Aviation.
o Provide and facilitate training for new HubSpot users.

Security Clearance (if applicable) Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport ID.
