Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for International Claimant Appointment Packet Specialists to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in Houston, TX.
The International Claimant Appointment Packet Specialist (Int'l CAPS) is responsible for sending and printing veteran appointment letters and generating shipping labels to be sent out to veterans by mail. - Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Send Claimant Appointment Packets via e- mail, FedEx, or USPS express mail; - Respond to veteran / service member communication resulting from CAPS when appropriate; - Inform the team and / or manager when veteran / service member communication requires their attention; and - Document and maintain detailed notes of communication and CAPS information in OMS.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities : - Follow established guidelines on how documents are to be sent to veterans / service members; - Monitor the international pending CAP list in OMS to endure compliance is met for notification of exams; and - Other duties assigned.
