What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal Specialist - Ops Change Management position at Maximus Services, LLC?
Maximus is currently seeking a Principal Specialist- Ops Change Management to support our CCO project. In this position, you will drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and align operations with our CCO strategy. Lead special projects, build strong relationships, and ensure team success.
- Lead change management activities for the organization to apply a structured methodology.
- Manage the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Define and initiate activities to support change and transition by assessing impact change, conducting analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
- Lead training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and establishing the design and delivery of training programs.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to measure efficacy of initiatives, manage communications and implementations that support organizational change.
- Manage third party relationships and vendors that provide communications and training services, platforms, resources, and tools.
- Establish business relationships and manage expectations of project sponsors.
- Serve as the central point of contact and primary interface for operational change management escalations from project managers and business stakeholders.
- Partner with project managers on inter-dependent projects as well as program managers responsible for delivering the overall enterprise strategy to the organization.
- Plan deliverables and work closely with teams to monitor performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10 years of relevant professional experience required.
Additional Requirements:
Medicare partner management and data analytics experience required.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
Home office requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
- Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
