Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking experienced Administrative Support Specialists to support our dynamic team. Do you possess strong communication skills, have attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently? This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization, particularly in support of the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) and its various project offices. This is a full-time position located on Redstone Arsenal, AL with work anticipated March 2025 upon award.
Duties involved with this role :
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Documentation Management : Prepare, edit, and maintain a variety of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure all documents are accurate and formatted correctly.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, and .facilitating communication between departments and project offices
- Meeting preparation and coordination
- Data management, records and systems support.
- Assisting project teams with administrative tasks related to project management, including tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Supporting logistical arrangements for events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
- Assisting with financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing budget reports.
