As a Subject Matter Expert for all Cellular/RF exercised at the Muscatatuck Training Center, you will drive concept work, HW/SW specifications, simulation, and reference model creation while collaborating cross-functionally to meet timelines and quality requirements and support range/exercise needs.

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Cellular/Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert for all Cellular/RF exercised at the Muscatatuck Training Center, you will drive concept work, HW/SW specifications, simulation, and reference model creation while collaborating cross-functionally to meet timelines and quality requirements and support range/exercise needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate system-level and performance requirements into TX line-up and feature requirements.
- Identify and analyze critical requirements and provide deep dive assessments regarding metric impact, timeline, and risks.
- Solve complex interdisciplinary problems related to the transmit system and TX features.
- Provide specifications as input for HW and SW development and implement new technologies to support range operations.
Requirements
- Active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience as Spectrum Management with various cellular frequencies and coordinating with license owners.
- IAT III Certification - CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
- Experience with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications or other FCC licensing applications.
- Experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with customers to facilitate training objectives.
