Job Description

MAXISIQ is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistician to support the management and optimization of logistics operations for rapid prototyping efforts. Employ your full range of logistical experience (supply chain management, acquisition logistics, rapid fielding, sustainment, and logistics planning) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  This is a full-time position located on Fort Belvoir, VA with work anticipated March 2025 upon award.

Duties of this role include :

• Support the logistics lifecycle from research and development (R&D) through testing, evaluation, fielding, and transition.
• Manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring the availability of parts, equipment, and materials for rapid prototyping and testing.
• Ensure that logistical support is integrated into the design, development, and deployment phases of projects
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure the timely acquisition and distribution of critical resources
• Provide logistics support for field testing and evaluation of prototypes, ensuring that all equipment, personnel, and resources are in place to conduct trials and assessments.
• Create detailed logistics plans that ensure operational readiness, resource allocation, and compliance with Army modernization priorities.
• Ensure the seamless integration of new systems and technologies into existing military infrastructures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, program managers, and senior leadership, as well as external stakeholders to ensure alignment of logistics efforts with project goals and timelines.
