At MAXISIQ, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Cellular/Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a subject matter expert to drive concept work, HW/SW specifications, simulation, and reference model creation while collaborating cross-functionally to meet timelines and quality requirements.

As a talented RF engineer, you will solve complex interdisciplinary problems related to the transmit system and TX features, provide specifications as input for HW and SW development, and implement new technologies to support range operations. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your knowledge of cellular frequencies and coordination with license owners, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
In addition to your technical expertise, we require active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 5 years of experience in Spectrum Management. IAT III Certification - CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP - is also highly desirable. Experience with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications or other FCC licensing applications, as well as coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with customers to facilitate training objectives, are essential qualities for this position.
