Responsibilities
MaxLinear is seeking a Technical Director in Analog, Mixed-Signal, and RF IC Design to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following :
- Provide hands-on technical leadership , driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps , and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams
- Collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation products
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent , fostering a high-performance culture
- Drive collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity across the organization

Compensation and Benefits
MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.
MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range for Southern California of : $143,600 to $222,985 Annually
MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range for San Francisco Bay Area of : $159,200 to $247,135 Annually
