Maxon, creator of industry-leading tools for digital artists, is seeking a

Lead Asset Designer

to shape the future of

Maxon Capsules , our growing library of models and materials for Architectural Visualization and Motion Graphics.

As a

Lead Asset Designer , you will set the visual direction for asset packs designed to help artists unlock their best work. You'll shape the look & feel of our library, from creating renders to promote our existing assets, to

writing creative briefs

for new collections. You'll work closely with

internal partners and external vendors , providing artistic feedback to create Capsules that resonate with designers and architects alike.

What you will do : Set the visual tone

for Capsules Packs through mood boards, style guides, and briefs that inspire both in-house artists and third-party vendors.Identify

studios and artists we can work with or existing packs we can license to quickly scale our library while ensuring consistency and quality.Collaborate with creative teams

to craft stunning stills & animations that showcase the full potential of our assets.Provide clear actionable feedback (written, verbal, and visual) to help quickly align WIP assets with the creative vision.Stay ahead of

creative trends

to keep Capsules fresh, relevant, and inspiring for a global community of artists.Support marketing efforts by developing

visually compelling promotional materials

for Capsules releases.

What we are looking for : Proven experience as an

Art Director

Asset Designer , with a focus on

architectural visualization, motion graphics , or similar fields.A formal degree in

Graphic Design, Architecture, Animation , or a related field is a plus, but

not required .Exceptional

design sensibility , with a strong eye for

composition, color, lighting , and detail.Experience in developing

mood boards, style guides, and asset packs

that blend creativity with technical excellence.Ability to provide

clear, constructive feedback

that drives quality and cohesion across creative teams.Familiarity with

Maxon products

like

Cinema 4D, Redshift, ZBrush,

and R ed Giant

is helpful as we use our own tools in production.
