We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Event Production Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all event equipment is organized, maintained, and ready for delivery to our events.
Job Description:
As an Event Production Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the receiving, organizing, inventorying, and prepping of all event-related equipment. You will work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure that everything needed for events is in top condition and ready for use. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients experience flawless event setups, and you’ll contribute to the behind-the-scenes organization that makes every event run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory of event equipment, supplies, and props, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Equipment Preparation: Inspect, clean, and maintain event equipment such as audio/visual gear, furniture, lighting, and decor. Ensure everything is in working order before events.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment for events, ensuring safe handling and transportation of items.
- Warehouse Organization: Organize and arrange warehouse space to ensure easy access to equipment and supplies, ensuring all items are properly stored and labeled.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive shipments of new inventory, verify contents, and ensure everything is accounted for before storing.
- Quality Control: Check all equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working condition, addressing any repairs or maintenance needs as necessary.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with on-site event setups and breakdowns when needed, ensuring a smooth transition between locations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety procedures, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, event production, or a similar field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of event production equipment (AV, lighting, furniture) is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse tools.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred, but not required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Bilingual
Salary : $600 - $650
