Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and support the successful implementation and optimization of Workday solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday project management, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Workday project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday configurations and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide functional expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
- Manage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization within Workday.
