Job Title : Product Manager - Ads Measurement and Insights

Duration : 12 months

This position offers a unique chance to become a key player in a high-visibility team committed to enhancing the Client Media Collective's omni-measurement, reporting, and insights product capabilities. Our product team is essential in crafting innovative ad products and data-driven solutions that allow advertisers to effectively target millions of shoppers, all while improving the shopping experience. We are ideally seeking someone based in Pleasanton, California, though we welcome exceptional remote candidates as well.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and technical design teams to launch products that fulfill the needs of advertisers and internal cross-functional teams. Draft clear product requirements.
  • Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing near-term product delivery while concurrently developing a long-term product strategy that ensures impactful measurement for Client Advertisers.
  • Conduct analyses of industry trends, standards, and competitive landscapes to pinpoint opportunities in advertising technology and retail media.
  • Efficiently navigate and resolve challenges in a complex matrix environment, working cross-functionally to bring products to market and enhance adoption.
  • Become the go-to expert on measurement methodologies (search attribution, Incrementality measurement) and effectively communicate the impacts of new product launches or changes in data / methodology.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically leading ad-supported media experiences in tech, retail, entertainment, or social media domains.
  • Deep expertise in advertising measurement, including standard media metrics, statistical models, attribution, A / B testing, and incrementality. Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, and optimizations is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to dissect large volumes of data and insights. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • A background in retail, retail media, media platforms, or ad tech data related to advertising or marketing measurement, analytics, insights, and data science.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
