Overview
Maxor is seeking a Manager, 340B Analytics to join our Pharmacy Services 340B team. The Manager, 340B Analytics serves as the subject matter expert for all matters regarding the 340B Program. You are responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, and optimizing projects related to the 340B program for Maxor clients. You will participate in policy and procedure development, education of internal and external stakeholders, rules/guidance surveillance, registration/recertification, self and external audits, contract management, and reporting and program enhancement/optimization projects. Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmacy business operations with an emphasis on 340B
- Expert knowledge of Managed Pharmacy Services and 340B products
- Knowledge of 340B that includes, but is not limited to: inventory reconciliation, split-billing software management, compliance audits and optimization of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and requirement management.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in forecasting and budget management.
- Familiarity with prescription claim processes, database management, business intelligence, reporting, and decision support applications in relationship to pharmacy and/or medical claim data.
- Ability to represent the wants and needs of customers and users, translating these needs into product functionality.
- Experience with cost and value analysis of 340B optimization efforts.
