Overview

Maxor is seeking a Manager, 340B Analytics to join our Pharmacy Services 340B team. The Manager, 340B Analytics serves as the subject matter expert for all matters regarding the 340B Program. You are responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, and optimizing projects related to the 340B program for Maxor clients. Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmacy business operations with an emphasis on 340B
  • Expert knowledge of Managed Pharmacy Services and 340B products
  • Knowledge of 340B that includes, but is not limited to: inventory reconciliation, split-billing software management, compliance audits and optimization of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis and requirement management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in forecasting and budget management.
  • Familiarity with prescription claim processes, database management, business intelligence, reporting, and decision support applications in relationship to pharmacy and/or medical claim data.
  • Ability to represent the wants and needs of customers and users, translating these needs into product functionality.
  • Experience with cost and value analysis of 340B optimization efforts.

This is a remote-based position where you may work from your home office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving opportunities, developing reports to assist management in tracking overall 340B Program Compliance and financial impact to the organization.
  • Prepare, monitor, and report on 340B program metrics, documenting utilization, savings, problem areas, and/or discrepancies to pharmacy and administrative leadership.
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures and ensure uniform compliance, utilizing time tracking tools for accurate project planning and budgeting needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvement initiatives for the 340B program, creating an environment of continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Implement strategies for the appropriate use of the program working directly with manufacturers and wholesalers, and assess opportunities for cost savings, business and system improvements.
  • Manage relationships, billing services, and compliance with contracted 340B pharmacies, and evaluate current and future contract pharmacy opportunities.
  • Support covered entities with 340B, GPO, and WAC inventory management, ensuring alignment with accumulations, utilization, and purchase invoices to prevent 340B diversion and GPO Prohibition.
  • Review inpatient and outpatient charges, along with outpatient retail-pharmacy claims, for appropriate 340B, GPO, and WAC account accumulations.
  • Conduct regular 340B associated compliance audits and monitoring, maintaining a current state of "audit readiness."
  • Develop, implement, and modify consistent policies and procedures for the 340B program, ensuring that they support maximum productivity and efficiency and are in compliance with all applicable guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of 340B regulations to ensure federal compliance, keeping up-to-date on all rule changes and sharing learnings with management and staff.
  • Support the registration/recertification processes, ensuring accuracy in the HRSA 340B Database for all organization entities and timely registration of new sites.
  • Qualifications

    Education:                             

    • Bachelor's degree in related field

    Experience:
