Overview
The Sr. Analyst of Data & Decision Science is a key member of a dynamic team leading our analytics department, focused on leveraging big data to drive strategic decision-making and actionable insights. This role is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with Maxor’s goals, enhancing capabilities in predictive analytics, and improving our operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage big data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations.
- Performance Measurement : Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Innovation and Improvement : Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.
