We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist with Proficiency in Excel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to our government assistance program customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and manage data related to our government assistance program customers.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors as needed.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Keep confidential all proprietary company information and data.
- Regularly communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Other data-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry preferred.
