Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Recruiter at Maxum Staffing. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing professionals for temporary industrial placements. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and professionals, coordinating assignments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Recruiter must be fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse pool of candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial recruiting and staffing (recommended but not required) 
• Strong knowledge of industrial professions and specialties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
