Our solid financial backing and unrivaled reputation means we are committed to building strong relationships with the clients we serve.Primary ObjectiveOutside construction sales for our SE region are calling mainly on commercial and hotel General contractors, Flooring Contractors and Renovation General Contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement, Foster Relationships.Contacting : communication with General Contractor and Leads on projects to be bid.Bidding projects.Meeting with Contractor / Developers / Flooring Contractors. Pricing job, Submitting Proposal, follow up and selling job.Working / assisting production Team once sold to ensure proper handoff.Attending Pre con meetings.Experience in construction related sales, and ability to read blueprints helpful.Market Development - Identify Key Owner Targets and create a strategic sales plan to grow Structis Commercial business.Work with Manufacturers reps to make sales calls and specification Assistance.About You5 years of construction experience a must. Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and ability to present themselves professionally. BS in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred.Math and computer skills.Customer service attributes.
