What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Aftermarket Sales and Customer Service Representative position at MaxTrac Suspension?
Max Trac Suspension is looking for a full-time front counter sales associate for phone sales, customer service & internet orders. Other tasks such as responding to emails and assisting with will call orders will be required. Less frequent tasks will be processing returns, shipping claims, warranties, cleaning and helping out other departments at certain times.
No experience necessary but the following are a must:
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. A sense of urgency is very important.
- Good communication skills
- Sufficient typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up to work on time every day
- Positive outlook, a positive attitude & drive
The following are a plus but not required:
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of vehicles, vehicle applications & suspensions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with Quick Books software
Job Type: Full-time
