Objectives of this role

  • Ensure optimal use of office equipment, supplies, and inventories through preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train employees in new software.
  • Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
  • Provide administrative support, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, and inventory.
  • Order and oversee office supplies.
  • Answer phones, work with customers, scheduling, etc.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.

Pay: $19/hr
