Job Description:
This position provides food and beverage service tableside to residents, resident families, and guests. As a server, you will maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas. Your warm and engaging demeanor will ensure that every guest feels valued and respected. You will also participate in setting up and breaking down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals. Additionally, you will assist with training new team members, participate in special functions and events, and ensure that the dining room is clean and attractive throughout the day.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and flexibility. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. A background check and ability to pass a health screening are also required.
