Expected Hours: 40 hours minimum per week
Location: Puget Sound, primarily Seattle/Bellevue Area

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership role, performing janitorial duties while managing other team members.
- Address client needs promptly, including urgent cleanups or special requests.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Travel as needed between client locations to oversee operations and address any issues.
- Ensure unit turnovers and building-wide janitorial tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of facilities according to company standards and contract requirements.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to quality service.
- Proven experience in janitorial services, preferably in leadership roles.
- Reliable transportation; willingness to travel across the Puget Sound area.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
