What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting patients with genuine warmth and attentiveness
- Streamline the patient journey by managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointments efficiently
- Serve as the communication hub between patients, providers, and our healthcare team
- Master our digital tools to maintain accurate electronic records and scheduling systems
- Anticipate patient needs by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and easing concerns
- Protect patient privacy through strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Support the financial side by verifying insurance information, processing payments, and explaining billing questions
- Keep our space organized by maintaining the reception area and monitoring supply needs
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Athena software
- Previous customer service experience
- Multilingual abilities a plus
