The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with a keen eye for data, performance metrics, and insights that enhance campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate is obsessive about detail, thrives on data and enjoys working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of paid social and digital campaigns within timelines and budgets
- Define clear digital strategies, KPIs, and budgets to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, delivering insights and recommendations to improve future paid efforts.
- Develop creative briefs that align paid strategies with consumer campaigns, including brand awareness and values-based storytelling.
- Identify and analyze key audience, cultural, and category insights to create compelling, memorable content across paid channels.
- Support paid social audits, analyze results, deliver initial findings and recommended strategies
- Execute research related to social media platform and advertising updates, new tools and applications
- Maintain effective relationships with multiple reps from various social media platforms
- Stay on top of industry trends and advocate for new digital opportunities to help clients achieve their marketing goals.
Bring Your Experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience in social media and/or digital marketing with a focus on paid social
- Minimum 1-2 years of building, tracking and optimizing Meta and Tik Tok ad campaigns as well as experience with Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter ads platforms
- Competence with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations for stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, digital media, PR or related field with course work in marketing analysis and statistics preferred
This position is temporary with the ability to become full-time. We are looking for someone who is available to work 20-30 hours a week and willing to start asap.
