Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented eCommerce Visual Merchandiser to manage and enhance our content process. This role involves collaborating with our team of 3D artists, coordinating product image management, and working closely with our product innovation team to ensure that new product launches are smoothly executed. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, a love for interior design, and excellent organizational skills to manage a content pipeline from ideation to completion.

Content Brief Creation

• Develop comprehensive and creative briefs for our team of 3D artists, guiding them in producing lifestyle and product images that align with our brand’s aesthetic and appeal to our target audience.
  
  

Virtual Styling & Room Briefs

• Develop comprehensive and creative briefs for our team of 3D artists, guiding them in producing lifestyle and product images that align with our brand’s aesthetic and appeal to our target audience.
• Choose the spaces where our products are displayed and find décor online to style them with! Ensure briefs are clear, detailed, and in line with design and brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visuals.
  
  

Image Processing And Asset Management

• Once on-brand lifestyle images are completed, process, organize, and import them into the backend of our websites, maintaining quality control and ensuring all images are tagged and categorized accurately.
• Conduct routine audits of the website’s visual content to ensure alignment with seasonal themes, promotions, and inventory changes.
  
  

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with the product innovation team to track the timelines of new products and ensure product images are completed by out 3D Rendering team in a timely manner.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in content coordination, visual merchandising, or related fields, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong passion for interior design and a good eye for aesthetics, color palettes, and layouts.
• Demonstrated experience creating content briefs, particularly for visual or design teams.
• Proficiency with content management systems and image processing tools. Familiarity with 3D rendering processes is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
