We are seeking an E-commerce Email and SMS Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate email and SMS marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands. This role is crucial to driving e-commerce growth through data-driven, engaging, and results-focused campaigns that reflect our brands' vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from briefing through completion, including building in platform, QA, vendor coordination, and post-deployment takeaways.
- Assist in A / B testing and implementation of personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversions
- Maintain and update strategy calendars to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay at the forefront of e-commerce and digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies into our strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to align email and SMS efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
