Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospects, and guests.
- Manage staff and maintain a clean facility.
- Enhance member experience through goal-driven initiatives.
- Interact with customers via phone and in person to promote memberships and services.
- Resolve customer service issues and maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries.
- Meet sales and customer service requirements.
Requirements
- Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
- Open availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
- High energy and passion for fitness preferred.
- Sales and customer service experience required.
