Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a positive impression of the Maxx Fitness 365 Studios.
- Create a positive and High Energy atmosphere and Culture, where clients can take their fitness to the next level.
- Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of personal training or additional services.
- Certified Fitness Trainers or Instructors Preferred
- Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
- Instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines.
- Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion.
- Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.
- Monitor participants' progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Must be a sales driven individual with goals to work on salary plus commission.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience and two recognized Personal Training Certifications
Physical Functions:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
- Open Availability To Work 40 or more hours each week.
- Certified Fitness Trainers or Instructors Required.
